Client Services Executive – Operations

Location: Remote 

CTC: Aligned with your experience  

Annual Retention Bonus: All our salaries include a fixed and variable component. After you complete a year with us, the variable component kicks in.   

Role & Responsibilities 

As a Client Services Executive, your role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, including acquiring and managing freelance content creators, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operational processes. Key responsibilities include: 

Freelancer Acquisition, Onboarding, and Management: 

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and onboard freelance content creators. 
  • Identify and leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networks and digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Engage with freelance content creators to deliver high-quality content and foster strong relationships. 
  • Negotiate contracts, manage project assignments, handle escalations, and ensure operational efficiency. 

Client Onboarding & Operational Management: 

  • End to end campaign management 
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and update relevant databases. 
  • Onboard clients onto the platform and upload client plans as required. 
  • Address day-to-day client inquiries, troubleshoot issues promptly, and inspire repeat business through excellent service delivery. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, liaise with departments to meet client requirements, and manage monthly billing and invoicing processes for serviced clients. 

Special Projects: 

  • Contribute to special projects such as client events, lead generation campaigns, and media planning and buying. 
  • Identify and onboard partners based on project needs, including media houses, translation agencies, and other relevant organizations. 
  • Delegate work related to special projects and ensure it is completed on time. 
  • Attend events and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field). Freshers are more than welcome to apply! 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
