Role & Responsibilities
As a Client Services Executive, your role encompasses overseeing the end-to-end management of projects, including acquiring and managing freelance content creators, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
Freelancer Acquisition, Onboarding, and Management:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract and onboard freelance content creators.
- Identify and leverage various sourcing channels, including professional networks and digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage with freelance content creators to deliver high-quality content and foster strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, manage project assignments, handle escalations, and ensure operational efficiency.
Client Onboarding & Operational Management:
- End to end campaign management
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and update relevant databases.
- Onboard clients onto the platform and upload client plans as required.
- Address day-to-day client inquiries, troubleshoot issues promptly, and inspire repeat business through excellent service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, liaise with departments to meet client requirements, and manage monthly billing and invoicing processes for serviced clients.
Special Projects:
- Contribute to special projects such as client events, lead generation campaigns, and media planning and buying.
- Identify and onboard partners based on project needs, including media houses, translation agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Delegate work related to special projects and ensure it is completed on time.
- Attend events and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any field). Freshers are more than welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
