Key Responsibilities:
- You will serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (Servicing, Design, and Content teams), addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. (this is not a client-facing role)
- Collaborate with content, strategy, design, and SEO teams to ensure seamless execution of content plans for various clients.
- Create and maintain a project tracker weekly, depending on the nature of the project (In sync with the Customer Success team).
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure the execution of client campaign deliveries is done seamlessly.
- Work closely with the SEO team to track performance metrics to meet the client’s goals.
Requirements:
- Understanding of content marketing & SEO.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
