Assistant Manager – Brand Strategy

CTC: Up to 10.8 LPA
CTC Breakup: 1,08,000 Annual Retention Bonus. This is a part of the above CTC and is released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.
City: Mumbai or Delhi

Responsibilities

Below are the Key Performance Indicators for the role:
• New Pitches
• Acquiring new clients
• Creative ideation and deep research: Taking end-to-end responsibility of putting together a pitch deck, from getting the proper brief from the client to undertaking your research to putting together a content strategy and finally presenting it to the client. Identify our clients’ problems, opportunities, pain, and passion points – and then get your team to address the issue and/or seize the opportunity.
• Creative thinking: Conceptualizing efficient campaigns for brands, whether for a product launch or a topical day. Participate in conversations around the creative route and the platforms to amplify the content.

Existing Clients

• Growing content marketing efficacy for our marquee clients.
• Working with a team of strategists to work with some of India’s biggest brands, taking up brand challenges and growing our business partnerships.
• Long-term account planning You will play a significant role in ensuring the growth of the brands already working with Scatter by being involved in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and measuring the success of these brands vis-à-vis the goal the client is chasing.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in marketing, advertising and public relations, Communication Management or digital media.
• You are creative and capable of thinking outside the box.
• You are structured in your way of working.
• You can lead by example and connect with clients across the ranks.
• You are articulate and enjoy pitching your ideas to others.
• You can multitask and manage to work on multiple things at the same time.
• You are a positive person who values the different opinions, skills, and personalities that others bring to the table.
• You stay updated with the recent developments in content marketing.
• You stay aware of content consumption trends among different groups of target audiences.
• You are willing to go beyond what you are told to do and don’t get overwhelmed by ambiguity.
• You don’t shy away from the grunt work.
