How to track the progress of the content pieces?
Steps
Go to ‘Orders’.
It has two tabs – Assigned & Managed
Admins can see all the orders.
Orders have been categorized as follows:
UNDELEGATED: Work is not yet assigned to contributors.
NEW: Work is assigned but not yet started.
WITH IN-HOUSE: Work is assigned to Scatter content team.
WITH PARTNER: Work is started and is with the contributor.
WITH CLIENT: Content is sent to the client for approval.
TO-BE-REVISED: After going through the content if the client sends it back to Scatter team make some changes then the status changes to TO-BE-REVISED.
APPROVED: After going through the content if the client likes it and doesn’t want to make any further changes then the client changes status to Approved.
PUBLISHED: Once the content goes live on the client’s website – the status is changed to PUBLISHED by adding the published URL to the platform.
